Private Joint-Stock Company "Football Club "Shakhtar" (Donetsk)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of personal data of users of its products and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Users"). The current Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") was created to explain to Users the procedure and methods of obtaining, storing and using their personal data.

FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) is a Ukrainian company, located in Ukraine and is the developer and owner of various products and services under the FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) and FСSD brands, including the Shakhtar Tickets application (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) is the controller of the personal data of the Users of the Services. The controller of personal data is the person who determines for what purpose and how personal data is collected.

The Company has prepared this Policy taking into account the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Age restrictions

By registering and using the Services, the User confirms that he/she is 18 years old and has reached the appropriate age that allows him/her to independently enter into contracts.

In the event that the Company asks the User to provide consent to the processing of personal data, he may do so independently upon reaching the appropriate age. By registering and using the Services, the User confirms that he is 18 years old and has reached the appropriate age that allows him to independently provide consent to the processing of personal data.

If the User has doubts as to whether he can independently consent to the processing of personal data, he should contact the authorized body for personal data protection.

The Company may request the User to provide additional documents or undergo additional procedures to verify that he/she is over 18 years of age. If the Company has reasonable doubts about the User's age, it may also contact his/her parents or guardians to obtain consent or approval for the processing of the User's personal data if he/she has not reached the appropriate age. For the period of clarification of the circumstances or obtaining consent or approval from the parents or guardians, the Company may restrict the processing of the User's data by temporarily blocking the account.

Information collection

The Company obtains the User's personal data in several ways:

• directly from the User

• as a result of a person's use of the Services

• as a result of a person's use of the Services

These three methods of obtaining information about the User are described in more detail below.

The Company collects information provided by the User independently, namely:

• User's first and last name

• User's nickname/display name

• age, date of birth of the User

• User's gender

• User's email address

• User's phone number

• User avatar

If the User contacts the Company via email (for example, to contact the support service), the Company has the right to collect data about him/her necessary to send a response: name, email address and any other information contained in the email. The Company may use the information provided in the messages to contact the User and provide him/her with a response.

The Company collects information when the User uses the Services and monitors their behavior on the Services. When the User uses the Services, the Company collects and processes the following personal data and information:

• how much time the User spent on the Services

• time and date of the last visit to the Services

• data about Users who verified the User

• a list of Users with whom the User interacted, including corresponding

We also collect information about which pages and features of the Services the User used most often, which advertisements they viewed, which products they purchased on shakhtar.com, shop.shakhtar.com, Shakhtar Tickets, and which they browsed.

Data storage

The Company stores the User's personal data only as long as it is needed by him or the Company for the purpose specified in this Policy. The latter also applies to any other third party performing certain actions on behalf of the Company. If the Company does not need certain data about the User and does not need to store them in accordance with the requirements of the law, it will delete them or store them in a way that makes it impossible to identify the User.

The Company is the controller of the personal data of the Users of the Services, i.e. the Company determines what data to collect about the Users of the Services and for what purpose to use this data.
